    I nominate Joan Vorderbruggen. She is optimistic and doing things about it that aren’t giant wastes of money.

    Erica Zweifel, representing Northfield’s 3rd Ward. Since being elected in 2008 (and before that, too), Erica’s commitment to finding, developing and advocating for policies and projects which are environmentally sensitive, equitable and aimed at long term prosperity is inspiring.
