Streets.mn Virtual Happy Hour, With Prize Drawings

Do you like free food for takeaway? Do you need more enamel pins to up your flair game? Do you enjoy hanging out with transit and land-use nerds? If you answered yes to all three, then this coming Friday is your day!

Streets.mn is beginning our annual board recruitment phase with a virtual happy hour this Friday, October 9, from 5-7 p.m. Central. Please take this chance to meet board members and ask questions about how our board functions.

Hang out with board members as well as fellow transit and land-use nerds; even if you do not think you are interested in serving on our board, but especially if you are interested in serving on our board.

During the virtual happy hour, we’ll hold three breakout sessions:

  • The editorial processes on streets.mn (hosted by Erik Ruthruff, Content Manager)
  • How streets.mn has adapted to the 2020 pandemic
  • What’s involved in serving as a board member of streets.mn

At the end of the virtual happy hour, one of the streets.mn board members will conduct a drawing for two fabulous prizes:
