Board of Director Applications Due November 24

Hello, Streets.mn readers! We need YOU to help support our organization.

It’s been a busy and chaotic few weeks for everyone, so we’ve extended our board recruitment for the 2025-2026 term through Sunday, November 24.

  • Do you like thinking about our urban (and suburban and rural) streets and land use
  • Getting nonprofit board experience and building your résumé?
  • Making thoughtful decisions about how an organization is run?
  • Supporting new contributors?

Then this is the place for you!

Streets.mn is now in its second decade, and we’re working toward big goals through our volunteer board. We continue to strive toward better racial equity in our board, content and contributors. We cultivate new voices and have a part-time managing editor to make sure we have compelling content five-plus days a week. We host events to socialize and provide space to meet other like-minded people.

With more capacity, we can do even more.
