Saturday Live! at St. Paul Central Library: No shhh-ing required.

Big-time kid fun happening here Saturday mornings.

So you’re lazing around Saturday morning, fighting  your inevitable pancake coma…now what? You have kids! And they have energy!

So take them to Saturday Live! at St. Paul Central Library. Every Saturday morning there’s some sort of literacy-based, kid-pleasin’ entertainment like puppets, magicians, singers, wild animals, storytellers—you get the idea. And don’t forget, the famous Mickey’s Diner is just a 5-minute walk away. Chocolate-malt lunch, anyone?

On deck this Saturday: “Reading with Horse Power!” Hear a story about horses and pet a live miniature horse (not My Little Pony). Next Saturday it’s the award-winning Roe Family Singers. Check out the schedule to see what’s happening every Saturday.

Oh, and there are books there too.
