What do the colors mean?
Yellow lots have new uses actively being planned for them/ will not be parking for much longer. Green lots are currently being redeveloped/ are no longer parking or empty. Red is everything else.
I’d like to add that I included vacant parcels in with the parking while making the map, and I tried not to include driveways or loading docks.
