Arlington Hills Library started opening their library after hours to kids who needed a place to hang out and needed fun activities to do. A video project was started because of the news of the City & Neighborhood Film Festival. The kids were handed video cameras to go into their community and interview residents. The kids also had inputs in what the community means to them, especially their time spent at the Arlington Hills Library.
