Joshua is a lifelong Minnesotan who moved to Minneapolis from Southern Minnesota in 2018. He resides in the Lowry Hill East neighborhood.
He has been interested in the topics of active transportation, public transit, safe streets, and urban policy in general for the past ten years.
He's been a renter in the Uptown area since moving to Minneapolis.
