Morgan left the Twin Cities at the age of two but was able to return home to Minnesota 33 years later. She is a Saint Paul resident who loves exploring her neighborhood and city on foot and by bus, train, and cargo bike with her two children. She enjoys working for and learning about ways to make the world a more equitable, just, and sustainable world in which we all can thrive. She joined the Streets.mn board in January 2026.
