I’m member of the Saint Paul Planning Commission, and I thought I’d share a chart from the upcoming annual report, showing the number of zoning cases over time separated out by type. I don’t know if it’s interesting or not.
You can read more about the Planning Commission here.
Minneapolis CPED produces annual Planning Commission reports that are really thorough. A good read for anyone who is interested in planning/zoning/development: http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/PlanningCommission/index.htm
Bill, is there a post or article where I can get a good education on what St. Paul zoning currently looks like and what it should look like?
I also don’t understand if zoning changes by an individual building owner’s desire or by neighborhood consensus (community council changes everything).
