Thomas Regnier is a part-time historian, researcher & writer, with a special interest in architectural and real estate development history. His educational background includes the U of M, MCTC, and the Literary Arts program at Perpich Center for Arts Education. He works in property management, and collects antiques & rare books. He resides in Minneapolis with his cats, Fatima & Dewdrop.
